Most of my dear friends would soon be taking over command of their units in either peace or war zones. I seek to leverage my knowledge to guide them to greater reaches of glory.
All that I write is based on what I have seen while in services, it could be the best practice of a Commander I worked for or a learning from one of the books that I have read.
If I can see further today, it is because I am sitting on the shoulders of someone who has carried me till date.
